1511.03 Chief may enter into contracts or agreements.

The chief of the division of soil and water conservation may enter into contracts or agreements, with the approval of the director, with any agency of the United States government, or any other public or private agency, or organization, for the performance of the prescribed duties of the division, or for accomplishing cooperative projects within the designated duties of the division.
