1711.58 Special purpose appropriation for ride inspection.

The governor, in submitting a state budget to the general assembly pursuant to section 107.03 of the Revised Code, shall include in the budget a special purpose appropriation from the general revenue fund for the purpose of supplementing the funding available from the amusement ride inspection fund created by section 1711.53 of the Revised Code.
