1715.58 Enacting uniform management of institutional funds act.

In so far as is possible on and after the effective date of this amendment, sections 1715.51 to 1715.59 of the Revised Code shall be applied and construed to effectuate the general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of those sections among the states that enact the uniform management of institutional funds act.
