1907.26 Transmitting fees and costs.

Judges of a county court shall not retain any of the costs or fees specified in the schedules adopted pursuant to section 1907.24 of the Revised Code, except they may retain a fee for performing a marriage ceremony and making return. Those costs and fees that cannot be retained shall be transmitted to the general fund of the county on the first business day of each month.
