3121.19 Time for forwarding amount withheld or deducted.

The entire amount withheld or deducted pursuant to a withholding or deduction notice described in section 3121.03 of the Revised Code shall be forwarded to the office of child support in the department of job and family services immediately, but not later than seven business days, after the withholding or deduction, as directed in the withholding or deduction notice.
