3301.15 Inspection of institutions employing teachers - reports.

The state board of education or its authorized representatives may inspect all institutions under the control of the department of job and family services, the department of mental health, the department of mental retardation and developmental disabilities, and the department of rehabilitation and correction which employ teachers, and may make a report on the teaching, discipline, and school equipment in these institutions to the director of job and family services, the director of mental health, the director of mental retardation and developmental disabilities, the director of rehabilitation and correction, and the governor.
