3302.043 Implementation of "No Child Left Behind" waiver.

If the United States department of education approves the application submitted in February 2012 by the Ohio department of education requesting a waiver from the "No Child Left Behind Act of 2001," notwithstanding any provision of the Revised Code to the contrary, the Ohio department of education may implement the changes contained in the application and approved by the United States department of education, except for any such changes related to the report cards issued under sections 3302.03, 3314.012, 3326.17, and 3328.26 of the Revised Code.
