3310.09 Maximum award to eligible students.

The maximum amount awarded to an eligible student under the educational choice scholarship pilot program shall be as follows:

(A) For grades kindergarten through eight, four thousand two hundred fifty dollars;

(B) For grades nine through twelve, five thousand dollars.
