3319.221 School nurse.

Any registered nurse employed by a school district in the capacity of school nurse on January 1, 1973, or any registered nurse employed by a city or general health district on January 1, 1973 to serve full-time in the capacity of school nurse in one or more school districts, shall be considered to have fulfilled the requirements for the issuance of a school nurse license under section 3319.22 of the Revised Code.
