3319.261 Alternative educator license as intervention specialist without examination.

An individual who otherwise qualifies for an alternative educator license for employment as an intervention specialist as authorized under section 3319.26 of the Revised Code shall be issued such license without successful completion of the examination specified in division (B)(1)(c) of section 3319.26 of the Revised Code. The individual to whom the alternative educator license is issued under this section shall be required to successfully complete that examination prior to issuance of a provisional educator license as provided in division (C) of section 3319.26 of the Revised Code only after completing the coursework prescribed in division (B)(3) of that section.
