3343.04 Meetings of board of trustees - quorum, expenses.

The board of trustees of the Central state university shall meet in regular session at the university twice a year. The first meeting shall be on the third Thursday in June, and the second on the first Thursday in November of each year. Other meetings may be called and held at such places as the board prescribes. A majority of the board present at any meeting shall constitute a quorum; a majority of the board shall be necessary to elect or remove a president, business manager, or professor. The trustees shall receive no compensation for their services, but shall be paid their expenses for traveling and other reasonable and necessary expenses while engaged in the discharge of their official duties.
