The Legislative Service Commission staff updates the Revised Code on an ongoing basis, as it completes its act review of enacted legislation. Updates may be slower during some times of the year, depending on the volume of enacted legislation.

Section 3345.062 | University remediation report.

 

(A) Annually, not later than the thirty-first day of December, the president, or equivalent position, of each state university shall issue a report regarding the remediation of students that includes all of the following:

(1) The number of enrolled students that require remedial education;

(2) The cost of remedial coursework the state university provides;

(3) The specific areas of remediation provided by the state university;

(4) Causes for remediation.

(B) Each president, or equivalent, shall present the findings of the report to the state university's board of trustees and shall submit a copy of the report to the chancellor of higher education and the department of education and workforce.

(C) As used in this section, "state university" has the same meaning as in section 3345.011 of the Revised Code.
