3501.111 [Enactment Subject to Referendum] Contracts for provision of election services.

A board of elections may contract with another board of elections in this state, with a county automatic data processing board, or with an educational service center for the provision of election services, including any duties imposed upon the board of elections under section 3501.11 of the Revised Code. Any contract entered into pursuant to this section shall be approved by the boards of county commissioners of the affected counties.
