3503.05 [Enactment Subject to Referendum] Notice of incomplete application.

The secretary of state shall establish, by rule, a uniform process for notifying individuals who have submitted an incomplete voter registration application of the incomplete status of that application. The process shall permit such an individual to provide any information required to complete the application.
