3503.22 [Enactment Subject to Referendum] Acknowledgment notice.

A board of elections may send an acknowledgment notice as prescribed by the secretary of state to any registered elector at any time to facilitate the maintenance and accuracy of the statewide voter registration database.

Added by 129th General Assembly File No. 40, HB 194, § 1. This enactment is subject to referendum in the Nov. 6, 2012 election.
