3599.30 [Enactment Subject to Referendum] School facilitated transport of students to polling place prohibited.

No school operated by a school district, no community school established under Chapter 3314. of the Revised Code, no STEM school established under Chapter 3326. of the Revised Code, and no chartered nonpublic school shall, during the regular school day, transport one or more students to a polling place or board of elections for the purpose of casting a ballot.
