3701.936 Board authority under RC 3703 or 3706.26 not affected.

Nothing in sections 3701.93 to 3701.935 of the Revised Code shall be construed to diminish the authority of a board of health to issue orders or take other actions under section 3707.03 or 3707.26 of the Revised Code.
