3702.62 Applicability of other statutes.

Sections 3702.51 to 3702.61 of the Revised Code do not apply to any part of long-term care facility's campus that is certified as an intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded under Title XIX of the "Social Security Act," 79 Stat. 343 (1965), 42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq., as amended.
