3916.12 Annual statement.

Each viatical settlement provider and viatical settlement broker licensed under this chapter shall file with the superintendent of insurance, on or before the first day of March of each year, an annual statement containing the information required by the superintendent by rule adopted in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
