4105.191 Owner or operator to file report of elevator accidents.

Any person owning or operating any elevator subject to this chapter shall file a written report with the superintendent of the division of industrial compliance within seventy-two hours after the occurrence of any accident involving such elevator which results in death or bodily injury to any person.
