4105.20 Prohibited acts - fines.

No person shall violate any law relative to the operation, construction, maintenance, and repair of elevators. All fines collected for violation of this section shall be forwarded to the superintendent of the division of industrial compliance, who shall pay them into the state treasury to the credit of the industrial compliance operating fund created in section 121.084 [121.084] of the Revised Code.
