4703.50 Depositing receipts.

All receipts of the state board of examiners of architects and state board of landscape architect examiners shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the occupational licensing and regulatory fund. All expenditures of the boards shall be paid pursuant to vouchers approved by the secretary or executive secretary of the state board of examiners of architects, or both, as authorized by the board.
