Section 4732.12 | Grading examinations.
If an applicant for a license issued by the state board of psychology to practice as a psychologist, independent school psychologist, or school psychologist receives a score acceptable to the board on the appropriate examination required by section 4732.11 of the Revised Code and has paid the fee required by section 4732.15 of the Revised Code, the board shall issue the appropriate license.
The board shall issue a license to practice as a psychologist or school psychologist, as appropriate, in accordance with Chapter 4796. of the Revised Code to an applicant who holds a license in another state or has satisfactory work experience, a government certification, or a private certification as described in that chapter as a psychologist or school psychologist in a state that does not issue that license.

This presentation recognizes the principle stated in R.C. 1.52(B) that amendments are to be harmonized if reasonably capable of simultaneous operation.
