Ohio Laws and Rules
All prosecutions against a railroad or an officer, agent, or employee thereof, under Chapters 4901., 4903., 4905., 4907., 4909., 4921., and 4923. and other sections of the Revised Code for penalties involving imprisonment shall be by indictment.
