5101.517 Cost-sharing by individual receiving health assistance under children's health insurance program part II.

To the extent permitted by 42 U.S.C.A. 1397cc(e), the director of job and family services may require an individual receiving health assistance under the children's health insurance program part II to pay a premium, deductible, coinsurance payment, or other cost-sharing expense.
