5112.371 Children with intensive behavioral needs programs fund.

There is hereby created in the state treasury the children with intensive behavioral needs programs fund. Five and seventy-two hundredths per cent of all installment payments and penalties paid by an intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded under sections 5112.33 and 5112.34 of the Revised Code shall be deposited in the fund. The money in the fund shall be used for the programs the director of mental retardation and developmental disabilities establishes under section 5123.0417 of the Revised Code.
