5112.371 Department of developmental disabilities operating and services fund.

There is hereby created in the state treasury the department of developmental disabilities operating and services fund. All installment payments and penalties paid by an intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded under sections 5112.33 and 5112.34 of the Revised Code that are not deposited into the home and community-based services for the mentally retarded and developmentally disabled fund shall be deposited into the department of developmental disabilities operating and services fund. The money in the fund shall be used for the expenses of the programs that the department of developmental disabilities administers and the department’s administrative expenses.
