5115.14 Application and verification procedures disability medical assistance program.

(A) The director of job and family services shall adopt rules in accordance with section 111.15 of the Revised Code establishing application and verification procedures, reapplication procedures, and other requirements the director considers necessary in the administration of the application process for disability medical assistance.

(B) Any person who applies for disability medical assistance shall receive a voter registration application under section 3503.10 of the Revised Code.
