Whenever registered land is sold to satisfy any judgment, decree, or order of a court, or the title is transferred or affected by a decree or judgment of a court, the purchaser, or the person in whose favor such decree was rendered, on filing with the county recorder a certificate that the terms of sale have been complied with and a certified copy of the order of sale and return thereof and confirmation, or a certified copy of the decree of the court transferring or affecting the title, as the case may be, is entitled to have the property transferred to him and his title registered accordingly and a new certificate of title issued therefor.
