5507.022 Guidelines for disbursements.

The statewide emergency services internet protocol network steering committee shall establish guidelines for the tax commissioner to use when disbursing money from the next generation 9-1-1 fund to countywide 9-1-1 systems in the state. The guidelines shall be consistent with the standards adopted in section 5507.021 of the Revised Code and shall specify that disbursements may be used for costs associated with the operation of and equipment for phase II wireless systems and for costs associated with a county's migration to next generation 9-1-1 systems and technology.
