The Legislative Service Commission staff updates the Revised Code on an ongoing basis, as it completes its act review of enacted legislation. Updates may be slower during some times of the year, depending on the volume of enacted legislation.

Section 5534.011 | Staff Sgt. Richard T. Pummill Memorial Highway.

 

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as state route one hundred twenty-five, commencing at the intersection of that route and Markley road and proceeding in an easterly direction to the intersection of that route and five mile road, within Hamilton county only, shall be known as the "Staff Sgt. Richard T. Pummill Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
