5907.01 Ohio veterans' home agency.

(A) As used in this chapter:

(1) “Nursing home” means a nursing home within a veterans’ home.

(2) “Veterans’ home” means a veterans’ home operated by the Ohio veterans’ home agency.

(B) There is hereby established the Ohio veterans’ home agency as part of the department of veterans services. The agency shall maintain and operate veterans’ and nursing homes for honorably discharged veterans.
