905.66 Moneys deposited into commercial feed, fertilizer, and lime inspection and laboratory fund.

All moneys collected by the director of agriculture under sections 905.51 to 905.65 of the Revised Code shall be deposited into the commercial feed, fertilizer, seed, and lime inspection and laboratory fund created under section 905.38 of the Revised Code.

The director shall prepare and provide a report concerning the fund in accordance with section 905.381 of the Revised Code.
