907.16 Moneys credited to general revenue fund.

All money collected by the director of agriculture under sections 907.01 to 907.17 of the Revised Code shall be deposited into the treasury of the state to the credit of the commercial feed, fertilizer, seed, and lime inspection and laboratory fund created in section 905.38 of the Revised Code.
