921.22 Pesticide program fund.

The pesticide program fund is hereby created in the state treasury. All money in the fund shall be used to carry out the purposes of this chapter. The fund shall consist of fees collected under sections 921.01 to 921.15 of the Revised Code and all fines, penalties, costs, and damages, except court costs, that are collected by either the director of agriculture or the attorney general in consequence of any violation of this chapter.
