927.74 Disposition of fees, assessments, and fines.

All moneys from license fees, inspection fees, assessments, and fines imposed and recovered under sections 927.51 to 927.73 of the Revised Code, shall be paid to the director of agriculture and by him paid to the treasurer of state to the credit of the general revenue fund.
