The Legislative Service Commission staff updates the Revised Code on an ongoing basis, as it completes its act review of enacted legislation. Updates may be slower during some times of the year, depending on the volume of enacted legislation.

Section 5534.434 | Captain "Smokey" Carl Edward Summers Memorial Highway.

 

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number eighty-three, running in a northerly and southerly direction, between the intersection of that route and Kennard road and that route and United States route number forty-two, in Medina county, shall be known as the "Captain "Smokey" Carl Edward Summers Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
