The Legislative Service Commission staff updates the Revised Code on an ongoing basis, as it completes its act review of enacted legislation. Updates may be slower during some times of the year, depending on the volume of enacted legislation.

Section 5534.605 | Army Sgt. Vernon R. Judd Memorial Highway.

 

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as county road number three hundred twenty-one, running in an easterly and westerly direction, one-half mile to the east and west of the intersection of that road and Muffly avenue sw, in Stark county, shall be known as the "Army Sgt. Vernon R. Judd Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
