House Bill 471 - 123rd General Assembly
Not later than ninety days after the effective date of this section, the director of job and family services shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code governing the education programs an individual must complete for the purpose of division (A)(3) of section 3107.012 of the Revised Code. The education programs shall include courses on adoption placement practice, federal and state adoption assistance programs, and post adoption support services.
