The certificate of a podiatrist may be revoked, limited, or suspended; the holder of a certificate may be placed on probation or reprimanded; or an applicant may be refused registration or reinstatement for violations of section 4731.22 or sections 4731.51 to 4731.60 of the Revised Code by an affirmative vote of not less than six members of the state medical board.

This section does not preclude the application to, or limit the operation or effect upon, podiatrists of other sections of Chapter 4731. of the Revised Code.
