If an appeal is perfected by filing the bond and statement provided in section 6131.26 of the Revised Code, the clerk of the board of county commissioners shall promptly prepare a transcript of the orders made by the board of county commissioners, and shall file such transcript with the clerk of the court of common pleas, together with all the original papers in said proceedings. The clerk of the court of common pleas shall file such transcript and papers in the court of common pleas. The proceedings on appeal in the court of common pleas shall be styled, "In the matter of the appeal in county ditch or improvement No_______________, petitioned for by _________________"
