Rule 1501:47-6-01 | Application.
 

The rules contained within Chapter 1501:47-6 of the Administrative Code are applicable to all water areas under the management authority of the division of natural areas. However, nothing herein is to be interpreted or construed in such a manner as to prevent or delay authorized personnel of the department of natural resources, emergency responders, or any law enforcement personnel within thier jurisdition in the completion of necessary duties or while on patrol or emergency service. The interest of the division of parks and watercraft is in enforcing these rules as they pertain to the operation or other use of vessels and motors on water areas under the management authority of the division of natural areas.

Rule 1501:47-6-03 | No wake operation permitted.
 

No person shall operate or permit the operation of any powered vessel at a speed greater than idle speed upon the waters of the Licking river within the confines of Blackhand gorge state nature preserve from the Toboso road bridge (county road 273) upstream to the confluence of Brushy Fork creek and the Licking river.
