(A) Overpayment.

The filing office shall refund the amount of an overpayment exceeding ten dollars to the Remitter.

(B) Underpayment.

The UCC record shall be returned to the Remitter as provided in rule 111:1-3-14 of the Administrative Code. Any fee received will be returned with the UCC record or under separate cover.
