Rule 122-7-01 | Notice of meeting.
(A) Any person may request notice of the time and place of any and all regularly scheduled meetings of boards and commissions staffed by the Ohio development services agency by:
(1) Writing to "Ohio Development Services Agency, Communications and Marketing Division, 77 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215," or
(2) Emailing such request to communication@development.ohio.gov.
(B) In the event of a special meeting not of an emergency nature, notice shall be given no later than twenty-four hours prior to the time of the special meeting.
(C) In the event of a special meeting of an emergency nature requiring immediate official action, notice shall be given as soon as reasonably possible.
