Rule 1501:14-2-01 | Incorporation by reference of mine safety standards.
(A) The Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.) references listed in Chapter 1501:14-2 of the Administrative Code are those published in the July 1, 20202022, C.F.R. These regulations can generally be found in public libraries or electronically at the website govinfo.gov/. These regulations are 30 C.F.R. parts 46, 47, 50, 56, 58, and 62, as amended.
(B) This rule shall be reviewed annually and updated as pertinent changes take place in 30 C.F.R. and as the publication date of the C.F.R. is updated. This review shall take place at least annually.
