Rule 1501:21-11-01 | Investigations, general requirements.
The applicant shall complete all investigations prior to submission of the final design report. The investigations will include the items described in rules 1501:21-11-02 to 1501:21-11-05 of the Administrative Code. The scope and degree of precision that will be required for a specific project will be a matter of judgment based on the complexities of the site and the classification of the proposed structure.
