Rule 1501:31-27-02 | Annual licenses and permits; combination license packages.

 

(A) Each annual hunting license, deer permit, wild turkey permit, fur taker permit and wetlands habitat stamp will be valid from the first day in March through midnight of the last day in February the following year.

(B) Each fishing license, hunting license, deer permit, wild turkey permit, fur taker permit and wetlands habitat stamp will be issued in the form prescribed by the chief of the division of wildlife. Such licenses, permits and stamps may be in either printed or electronic form.

(C) The chief of the division of wildlife may issue combination license packages in accordance with section 1533.321 of the Revised Code. The price for a combination license package will be discounted five per cent of the total fees for the licenses, permits, or stamps that a person would otherwise pay for those licenses, permits, or stamps if the person purchased them individually. This price will be rounded up to the nearest whole cent to ensure the total discount does not exceed five per cent.

(D) All definitions set forth in rule 1501:31-1-02 of the Administrative Code apply to this rule.
