Rule 3301-69-01 | Stipends for national board certified teachers.
(A) Pursuant to section 3319.55 of the Revised Code, a grant program is hereby established to recognize and reward public and chartered non-public school teachers who hold a valid certificate issued by the national board for professional teaching standards. The superintendent for public instruction shall administer this program.
(B) In each fiscal year that the general assembly appropriates funds for purposes of this program, grants will be awarded to eligible full time teachers who complete and submit to the Ohio department of education a grant request form and evidence of meeting the grant's eligibility criteria (section 3319.55 of the Revised Code) by the first day of April each year.
