Rule 3335-5-45 | Bylaws of the senate.
The university senate shall have the power to organize itself and to make such bylaws for its own proceedings as shall not contravene the sections of the Revised Code applying to the university, the "bylaws of the board of trustees," or the "rules of the university faculty." The senate's bylaws may be amended at any time by a majority of senate members present and voting thereon. The bylaws shall also be the subject of review by the rules committee at the beginning of each new autumn session of the senate. The senate bylaws are found in Chapter 3335-19 of the Administive Code.
