Rule 3357:10-2-91 | Textbook selection.
(A) Selection of textbooks and instructional materials, whether required or recommended for purchase by students, shall be made at the discipline level with the participation of the faculty who teach the courses. When adopting textbooks and instructional materials, the faculty shall consider the appropriateness of content in meeting course learning outcomes, cost to students, and accessbility for students with disabilities.
(B) Textbook information shall be published in advance of course registration each academic term as required by Section 133 of the Higher Ecuation Opportunity Act of 2008, 20 U.S.C. 1015b.
(C) The president shall establish the necessary administrative policies and procedures to implement this rule.
