Rule 3358:5-3-03 | Personnel retrenchment policy.
The purpose of this policy is to ensure the financial stability and operation efficiency of Clark state college by establishing a fair and orderly process for implementing a reduction in force when necessary.
(A) Pursuant to its statutory responsibilities to prescribe rule and regulations for the efficient management of the college, the board of trustees authorizes the president to establish administrative procedures for determining the existence of financial exigency or lack of program enrollment requiring personnel retrenchment.
(B) This policy will be administered as set forth in the associated reduction in force procedures.
(C) Human resources is assigned the responsibility of developing, implementing and maintaining the reduction in force policy and procedures.
